Item not delivered!
Item not delivered, but tracking shows BTR delivered.
I can't notify Ebay because whatever I do it always sends me back to the shipping page but there it won't let me do anything because it shows as delivered!

Mentore1 week agoAsk the seller if they can send you a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the address or code doesn’t match, you can ask eBay for help to get a refund.

If the address and code match, it means that BRT has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address. If that’s not true, you need to take action against BRT with the signature denial procedure.
