I attach photos and email of my order details, which to this day has not arrived…. I followed all the instructions in the section “report an item you did not receive” with no result; in the search it says there are no items, yet it has been paid for. They also sent me the email with the status of my order. I contacted the seller; they got in touch the first time when they asked me for my order details, and then nothing else. I am really disappointed by all this, thank you and have a good evening
