Subject does not match description
Hello everyone,
I bought an item, but when it arrived it had defects that make it unusable. So, I would have to do some maintenance, which will require additional costs.
The seller does not accept returns.
Can I still ask for at least a partial refund?

if the item does not match the description, the seller is required to accept the return... the fact that they indicate they do not accept it refers only and exclusively to a change of mind (withdrawal)... so open the correct request and the seller will decide whether to offer you a partial refund or accept the return, which will be entirely at their expense:
