Good evening, I bought a lot of Barbies from America and after 10 days that it had been in transit, still in America, eBay refunded me saying that the item cannot be exported. What could be the reason? I have always bought these dolls and this is the first time this has happened! Thanks

They probably used the GSP program and there was a transition from the local courier to Pitney Bowes (for international shipping), and during the switch problems came up with incomplete documentation.
