Item no longer works after a few months
Good evening, I bought a decoder and after a few months it no longer works, I have already written to the seller twice and have not received any response. What can I do? Thank you very much

Mentore1 year agoYou can only ask for the legal guarantee if the seller was a professional and from the EU. You’ll find their contact info on all their listings.
If they’re a private seller or from outside the EU, there’s no guarantee.
