UNPAID ITEM
I can't pay the fee amount for an item I sold but was NOT PAID for. If the problem persists, I will turn to the relevant authorities such as the Carabinieri or the Postal Police. Check more carefully who is buying and send the amount to him.

Mentore1 year ago.... if more than 30 days have passed since the order and you still haven't cancelled it, you'll have to pay the commission fees to eBay.
Absolutely pointless to turn to the relevant authorities; they'd tell you that you need to read the terms and conditions of the services you use.

Mentore1 year agoLeaving aside the fact that you wrote to a community of users like yourself and not to eBay, if you don't cancel an eBay sale properly, eBay can't know that you haven't been paid, so contact support to see if there's still anything that can be done.
