Subject not received
I bought an item at auction but it never arrived, ebay closed the dispute against me because according to the tracking it shows as delivered, but I never signed any receipt confirming delivery.
Is that how it works on ebay?

Mentore11 months agoThat's how all platforms and all distance sales work.
For several years now, couriers have been certifying delivery completed without asking for the recipient's signature anymore.
So if the tracking shows that a package with that code was delivered to your address, ebay can do nothing but side with the seller.
You can only take it up with the courier.
