I would like to report an issue regarding a purchase made on eBay in May 2024.
It concerns the item “PREORDER DECEMBER 2024 GRENDIZER SOUL CHOGOKIN GOLDORAK ANIME GX-76SP BANDAI”.
The seller clearly stated that preorders would start from December 2024, but after numerous delays (initially January and then during 2025) I never received the product.
I contacted the seller several times, who, until August 2025, reassured me that delivery was imminent; however, since then, he no longer responds to messages.
Given that I never received the paid item and that the seller no longer provides updates, is it possible for you to recover the money and make a report since the seller comix_bazar is present on the site.
