Good morning, I purchased a replacement part for a cellphone, but the package was left in another country and not at my address, the seller shows it as delivered, also in another country, and he even opened a dispute. It shows the package was delivered but not to me, what should I do? It’s not even about the value of the 20 euros, but out of principle

Mentore3 months agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the address on the receipt is correct and that tracking code shows as delivered, there’s nothing you can do except take it up with the courier.
