item not received
hello everyone,
last week I sent two books using "pieghi di libri" and both buyers opened a dispute for item not received, which had never happened to me with other books.
if the books were lost, what happens? will only the buyers be refunded?
ps. in the listing descriptions it was specified that they would be shipped with pieghi di libri.

you are responsible for the shipment, so if you offered an untracked shipment, you won't be able to prove to eBay that the shipment was made.
So, whatever kind of shipments you had, you'll have to refund both buyers out of your own pocket... shipping included!
A piece of advice... avoid using this type of shipping!
