Item not received
Hi everyone, I ordered some items that I never received. The problem is that DHL declared the delivery completed successfully, but that is not true. Has anyone been in this situation with the same courier? Were you able to resolve it? And how? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If there are errors on the code or on the address, there may have been a problem (maybe a package mix-up and the delivered one does not refer to yours) and you can ask for a refund through ebay.
If the code is the one the seller entered into the system and if the address is yours, you can only take action against the carrier (which certifies that it delivered the package to your address).
