item not received
hello the seller told me he will resend the item that never arrived but I have to close the dispute if I close it and the item doesn't arrive can I do nothing else? the seller tells me to close it otherwise ebay within the next 24 hours forces him to refund and so he can no longer send me the ps controllers that never arrived and that he is resending to me

don’t listen to the seller... close the dispute ONLY after you’ve received your item... only you can get eBay to step in and force the refund... so tell him to hurry up or you’ll ask eBay to intervene within 20 days of opening the request.
