Item not received
Hi everyone, I bought a record in France on 02/03, it shows as shipped but it still hasn’t arrived. The latest delivery date was 09/06, I opened a refund request on 17/06, also writing to the seller, but I never received any replies from the latter. The date my request closes is 17/07, what do I need to do to get some kind of response? I also tried contacting eBay, but I don’t know how to speak to an agent. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

after 4 days you can already ask eBay to step in:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay

OP3 years agoI think (I hope) I’ve done the correct procedure (I have a nr. With ID
request where I’m asking for a refund).
Ebay sent me a message asking how the
dispute was going, but it’s an automatic message and I couldn’t reply
by writing what was happening. I don’t know if the problem is the fact that
the seller doesn’t have the “Ebay customer guarantee,” so they’re waiting for the
month to pass for the claim and then he gets off the hook without having to refund me!

Mentore3 years agoAfter the 4 (business) days without any replies, you need to follow the second link Sika gave you. You need to ask for eBay’s intervention.
