Item not received
Good morning, I ordered a book, the item shows as delivered but I didn't receive anything, I open the normal undelivered item procedure and the seller writes: don't worry, we'll resend it but you stop the procedure, there's no need and for us it's just a cost.
How should I behave?
Should I trust the seller and stop the procedure or not?
Or do I leave it open and wait....
What would you do?

You shouldn't have opened the undelivered item procedure

I just hope it's a not expensive item.

OP2 years agoLuckily it isn't expensive because I'd be really sorry since it was supposed to be a gift.
We'll see if and how it gets resolved

Mentore2 years agoDon't stop anything, if you do and don't receive the item you won't be able to reopen it anymore, for the seller there is no cost.
