Item not received
Good morning everyone, following a purchase from a German seller of a watch, I found myself dealing with a scam. The package was handed over to DHL, which apparently tried to deliver it, but the address provided by the seller was incorrect. The same address I have always used on the eBay platform and where the packages I have purchased have always been delivered. The package has now been returned to the sender, who is no longer registered as an eBay user. eBay customer service, completely indifferent to my problem, tells me it can’t do anything because the address is incorrect, but how is that my fault if a seller enters the wrong address when shipping? It just gets sent back to them anyway! I want my money back and I will do everything I can to get it back.

Mentore2 years agoGood morning,
if you have no way of proving that the address on the waybill was entered incorrectly by the seller, I would say the only way to get your money back is to go personally to Germany...
Of course it will go back to them and you won't be able to appeal to anything, if you can't prove the opposite, so try by all means to manage to contact the seller and have them give you a copy of the waybill they used.
Kind regards.
