Summary: A participant reports a problem with a purchase made as a guest user. The package, coming from America, was never delivered and the tracking shows that delivery is impossible. In addition, they can’t find the purchase history, even though the payment was made, and they ask for help to resolve the situation.
Good morning..I made a purchase from an unregistered user...the package never arrived and on the tracking email it says impossible to deliver...the package comes from America..in the purchase history it doesn't show up...and the payment has already been made...if someone can help me with what to do I thank them..I attach a photo
