Item not received
I have an SDA proof that says the item was delivered to an authorized person (unknown) with an illegible signature. I did not delegate anyone to receive the shipment, I was at home at that time with other family members and I did not see or hear any courier. The operator says they can't resolve it in my favor because there is proof of delivery. But delivering to a stranger without me having delegated anyone is proof of delivery to ME?

Mentore2 weeks agoTry asking the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the code and address match, a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address.
You will never get a refund on ebay, you can only take legal action against the courier.
