Item not received - update-
Summary: blufuncity reported an issue with an SDA shipment marked as delivered, but not received by him or by an authorized delegate. Despite the sender providing proof of delivery, no one at the house received the package. eBay requested additional documents from the sender and suspended the dispute for three days.
I have an SDA shipment marked as delivered but not received by me or my authorized delegate. The sender provided the postal POD with the correct address and a generic delivery indication to ''recipient'' with an illegible signature. I was at home at the supposed delivery time with family members and no one heard/received anything. For the parcel to be considered delivered, it must be handed to me personally or to a delegated/authorized person, a person who does not exist since I was at home. UPDATE from eBay: they asked the sender for further documentation and put the dispute on hold for 3 days.

for a parcel to be considered delivered, it is sufficient that the courier certifies delivery with POD.
Nothing else is needed.
