Good evening,
on September 14, 2024 I bought an item, the seller provided a shipping code, but not seeing the package arrive, impossible to track as well, I call the post office and they explain that the code provided was only purchased but never used, having never taken it in charge, the post office could not provide tracking.
I notified the seller about a week after September 14, 2024, he opened a dispute claiming to have shipped it.
About a month later, I contacted eBay support by phone, when it was still possible to do so, I was told to be patient, that the report had been taken in charge and it was just a matter of time.
As of today, March 1, 2025, going to "dispute status" it is still shown as "under review" by eBay and that they will contact me as soon as possible, it seems within 24/48 hours, 6 months have almost passed, I have no way to speak with any operator.
Is all this waiting time normal to receive a refund for an item never received, covered even by eBay guarantee?
