Item not received - Order over 90 days
Good morning everyone - I have an order from over 90 days ago that never arrived. We are a music school and we have dozens of open orders on different platforms (Amazon, eBay, subito, etc...) this is why the item slipped past warehouse control.
The item in question (Nirvana DVD) was bought for our internal library so since it wasn't needed right away, only now that we're doing the 2022 check did we realize it was never delivered.
There is no way to report it to eBay because it doesn't appear in the drop-down menu and the seller basically told me to get lost saying more than a year had passed. I understand the seller but we had our reasons for not noticing, and he ignored them and told me to contact eBay.
Does anyone know how to contact eBay (a form, an email?) I've been wandering around the site for hours but it seems they want to avoid contact because I can't find any form. Thanks a lot to anyone who replies.

if more than 13 months have passed since the purchase, you can’t do anything anymore... if you’re still within the 13 months, though, you can try a chargeback if you paid by credit card... otherwise, that’s how it went, which is why you need to keep an eye on your purchases.
