Item not received - request closed due to no activity
I reported the item not received, the seller didn't respond and eBay closes the case, but is that normal?!?
I lost the money and didn't receive the item... absurd!
How can I talk to an operator and reopen the report? it won't even let me open a new report... On eBay, items that don't arrive happen to me way too often, many honest sellers, but many items that don't arrive, and eBay knows from the tracking code that the item hasn't arrived! But isn't there any way to protect yourself from these situations?

Mentore3 years agoThe answer is yes... if you don't ask eBay to step in, this is, unfortunately, the result... eBay can't know in advance whether you resolved it yourself or not...
