Item not received, scam?!
Item not received, eBay does not provide support because I already made the refund request with PayPal.
"The user" doesn't reply, feedback 0 and after leaving negative feedback, I don't know for what strange reason it disappeared.
I just hope PayPal can sort it out, eBay support nonexistent.

Actually I can’t really rate anything, the seller is completely absent. He doesn’t reply to messages; after I told him to open a dispute, his response was: I’ll ship soon. That was his only message. Besides, 0 feedback. Beware.

Mentore1 year agoThe final “warning” was the death sentence of your feedback.
You went beyond your right to describe what happened objectively and added a subjective opinion of your own that you drew from your own case and that cannot be supported by any evidence.
You applied this extrapolation of yours (that the seller does not deserve trust) to all the seller’s future transactions. In doing so, you defamed them and harmed their honor and reputation.
He could even have sued you for aggravated defamation (art 595 paragraph 2 of the penal code).

OP1 year agoSo in a few words, is what he does right? The "beware" is in warning future buyers..
To sum up: he hasn't shipped anything at all, he doesn't reply to msgs, has zero feedback and he's even right? Pure madness..I could have reported him for fraud..so, I don't know..

Mentore1 year agoWhen you have two insurances, you can't ask both for compensation.
If you got PayPal involved and asked for a refund, it's obvious that ebay can't intervene.
Normally it would make more sense to do the opposite: ask ebay to step in and leave PayPal as the last resort.

OP1 year agoThanks for the response.. it’ll be for next time, I’m waiting for the PayPal refund, I still don’t understand why the feed got deleted

Mentore1 year agoProbably because it violated eBay’s rules or the criminal code provisions on defamation.
In these cases eBay is obliged to delete the feedback, at the request of the person who received it.
