Hi, a buyer on 8/12 buys the remote control including shipping costs for 15.99. On 2/1 the remote control comes back to me because it stayed in storage for 15 days at a BRT Fermopoint. I never heard from the buyer and, once I saw that it had arrived at a Fermopoint, I was confident he would pick it up and I didn’t check anymore. Yesterday he contacts me asking to resend the product. I explain that the remote control had arrived but he ignored the pickup, in fact he keeps insisting that packages arrive at home and are not picked up. He doesn’t want to pay for the shipping label and claims the item he purchased. If I resend it and bear another 5.22 in shipping for the second time, it’s like giving the product away. What if I refund him instead?

For the refund, be careful, if he hasn’t understood that the mistake was his, he’ll demand the full refund and you’d end up losing out anyway.
