Item not picked up at FP
Good evening, today I found an open request from a buyer for an item not received. In reality, the item shows as delivered and the buyer wrote to me that they weren't able to pick it up at the FP because they were away for Christmas. Given that it still hasn't been returned to me. If and when it gets back to me, if I send it again I would obviously have to ask them to repay the shipping costs, and if instead I refund, it will be net of the costs. Is that correct?

Anyway, the package remains on hold at the pickup point for 14 days at the buyer’s disposal, who may still have time to collect it.
