Hello, I sold an item with fermopint shipping, I’d like to know what happens if the package, delivered regularly, is not picked up by the buyer within the deadline. My rules do not include returns, so can I keep the amount? Or will the product be returned to me anyway, with an obligation on my part to refund? In the end I did everything correctly (shipped on time), I don’t see why I should have to refund because of a pickup issue on the customer’s side
