Item not collected and returned
Good evening guys, I have a little problem and I don't know how to deal with it!
I sold an item, downloaded the label and shipped it, basically it came back to me after a while, because the buyer didn't go to pick it up! I tried to contact them but they aren't replying! What do you do in these cases? Also so as not to lose the shipping money! Thanks

Mentore1 year agoHe paid for the item, so it’s his. Wait for him to get in touch, and then you can decide together whether to make a new shipment at his expense or issue a partial refund.
If instead he opens an eBay dispute, reply with the package tracking number (check the label carefully and make sure the address is complete, exactly as eBay gave it to you).

Mentore1 year agoThe money is credited regardless of delivery. You're a new seller, so you'll get it 15 days after the sale.
