Good morning, if 8 days after the purchase the seller has not provided the tracking code and still hasn't shipped, why don't they cancel the order as requested by the buyer?

If the estimated delivery date has already passed, open a report:

OP2 years agoHi, on the 13th I can request a refund, I spoke with an eBay agent. The seller didn't ship anything, they never gave me the tracking number, shameful!! Thanks for your reply
