Item not shipped, seller cancels the order but a refund was not possible
I placed an order on March 17, estimated arrival on April 4.
after a few days I received a message from eBay with the cancellation of the order, but it was not possible to get a refund.
to date I am unable to take any action because the item has not been shipped.
what should I do?

OP3 years agoah...I contacted the seller because he did everything without warning me and he just replied that he tried to cancel the order...then no more response
