Hi, has it ever happened to you that the courier says the package was left in front of the house but I didn't find it and they told me they had called me but I didn't receive any calls, how did you resolve it?

Mentore2 years agoYou should dispute the delivery receipt. Check on the courier's website to see if there's a procedure for doing that.
Otherwise, all you would have left is to file a report.

OP2 years agoIn the end, after complaining to eBay so much, and I had even canceled my account, at first they had rejected my refund request, but as soon as they saw more complaints and that I had canceled, they changed their mind and refunded me.

Mentore2 years agoLet's say they refunded you purely as a courtesy or commercial gesture, with no obligation on their part. The mistake had been made by the courier, certifying a delivery that had never taken place.
