Good morning, I ordered a backpack 10 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped, I contact the seller and they don't respond, I try to open the support chat with eBay and they aren't available, at this point I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, how can I do it?

If the estimated delivery date has already passed, open a report:
