Last Monday 04-03-2024 I ordered an item costing 19.97 euros from the seller, the purchase had been completed and the amount was charged to my Mastercard card, but if I go into my Ebay there is no order related to this item. I am asking whether the order was placed and if so why it doesn't appear in my Ebay
