Ordered item has not arrived, GLS courier is unresponsive
Gls is not reliable, it tells me that in the area (Pietra Ligure) there isn't a pickup point, then I find out that it exists and my package has been returned to the sender. now should I pay 5 euros for reshipping? right?

Did you choose the one in Pietra Ligure?
Was the package delivered to the Fermopoint?
Was it returned to the sender due to storage period expiry?
