Item paid for and not delivered
I made a purchase of an item that was supposed to arrive by the end of September and it never arrived. A few days ago I contacted the seller, a German, who claims that my order has already been dispatched and delivered to Palermo. The order was supposed to arrive in Saronno. I was still charged for the item on my credit card, but the item was shipped to someone else who also confirmed the delivery. I wrote to the seller, who after my latest message about the fact that it was not the correct recipient, has not gotten back to me. What should I do?

OP2 years agoIn addition to a previous message, I should specify that I made the purchase as an unregistered user.
