Item paid for but never arrived
I bought an item and paid by bank transfer. The transfer went through but the item never arrived. I've contacted the seller but they aren't replying to me, how can I resolve this?

Mentore1 year agoI think it’s impossible to resolve on eBay.
Since bank transfer payments are absolutely forbidden on eBay, you agreed to carry out the transaction outside of eBay.
