Paid item but never shipped
Good morning, I purchased a model on 29/04/2023 and already paid, the seller is not responding to messages and above all I noticed that they no longer have an Ebay account, how can I proceed thanks a lot

I’d simply say to wait patiently... you bought it on the 29th, which was Saturday... then Sunday and yesterday, which was a holiday...
The seller says they ship within 3 working days (still active!)... the reason they’re not replying to you is definitely the lack of patience or anxiety you’re probably showing in your messages...
Be patient and everything will work out!

OP3 years agoI'll definitely wait until next week to see how the situation develops; my only concern is that if I go looking for it, the red message “No longer a registered user” appears—that's all. Let's hope for the best, because I've never had any problems even with purchases outside Europe
