Paid item, never arrived
I bought an item as an unregistered user, paid for it but it never arrived even though it shows as delivered. reported this to eBay, but they never replied. what should I do ?? Maybe just not buy on eBay anymore .!!!

Ask the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt and check the address and shipping code.
If, however, a courier certifies that your package (with that code) was delivered to your address, there will never be a platform that can help you (not even Amazon). You must complain only to the courier.
