Subject: Unauthorized withdrawal of EUR 80.43 and lost package (Insert the order/case number here)
The charge of EUR 80.43 made to my bank account without my authorization is completely unfair and unacceptable.
This situation is entirely caused by your negligence and that of Poste Italiane. I purchased the shipping label directly from your platform, so responsibility for the loss of the package lies with eBay and your partner courier. When I contacted Poste Italiane, I was told clearly that, since the label was generated through eBay, the claim must be submitted through you. Now you keep bouncing responsibility back and forth between you and them, you took my package away and on top of that you charged me 80 euros.
My request is as follows:
My lost package must be tracked down and returned, or I must be given a full refund.
The amount of EUR 80.43 unfairly withdrawn must be immediately credited back to my account until the issue is resolved.
Resolve this matter urgently, otherwise I will be forced to report this improper behavior to the competent consumer protection authorities.
