Poor quality subject
Good morning, I bought a basketball jersey from a Dutch seller, or rather the listing said the item was located in the Netherlands. The jersey arrives and the package comes from China, and the quality is frankly poor. I contacted the seller before leaving negative feedback and he offered me a discount on a future purchase from him, which I obviously didn't accept because the quality of his products is poor. I would like to return it, but I have no intention of paying the shipping costs myself, especially for a package that was supposed to come from the Netherlands and instead comes from China. Is there anything I can do, open a dispute? Thanks for any replies

Mentore3 years agoI don't think you can make a return for non-conformity.
The item comes from a warehouse in Holland, but the seller was Chinese and this was perfectly explained in the listing: Suzhouainiyahunshalifuyou Xiangongsi, Suzhou China.

if the item does not match the description, you can open a return request:

In the event of non-conformity, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
