Item clearly different (heavily used) from the one shipped
Good evening, we shipped a case. The customer is asking to return it because it’s damaged. In good faith, we accept the return. The package arrives. The returned case is the same model, but clearly a different one, used for quite some time. We were basically scammed. What happens if I don’t issue the refund?
Thanks everyone.

Mentore11 months agoYou have no way to prove, in an incontrovertible way, that what you received does not match the item you sent.
If you don’t refund them voluntarily, eBay will do it, and then they’ll take the money from your checking account. If you drain the account and refuse to pay, they’ll pass the case on to a debt collection agency.
