Returned item and refund never arrived
I returned an item that was not as described according to eBay rules
and since July 16 I have not received any refund.
as of today, I find myself without the item and without the money
eBay does nothing---everything is silent.
but it still takes its fees.

Mentore2 years agoIf you opened the correct procedure on eBay and didn’t ask for their intervention, it’s not eBay’s fault, but you should have acted; if you do nothing, eBay can’t act for you.
