Item returned without notice

Good evening, following the sale of a book I noticed that the buyer postponed the delivery by a few days (twice), then, after about ten days, I read in the tracking “returned to sender” and so the item was delivered back to me, all without the user ever getting in touch.
Can anyone speculate what the customer is doing / has done, considering that the item was paid for at purchase?
PS: I’d like to point out (though I should have noticed sooner…) that the buyer had just signed up and of course has zero ratings... and right there I already smell something fishy.

tutti abbiano iniziato da zero.
Comunque, se l'oggetto è tornato a te, puoi rimborsare il solo costo del libro e trattenere le spese di spedizione sostenute.
Sapere cosa sia successo direi lo possa sapere solo l'acquirente.

OP1 year agoGrazie per il riscontro. In realtà tutti i miei oggetti includono nel prezzo le spese di spedizione. Certo che avere a che fare con utenti più comunicativi aiuterebbe molto, anziché doverne decifrare le intenzioni 🙂
