I received the electric citrus juicer (Item ID: 225552036573) with order number 27-14544-26869, sales details 286621.

When I opened the package, I noticed that the plastic cup contained in the package is defective. The lid is stuck and it is difficult to remove it without risking breaking it.

Please arrange for a replacement

On eBay, it’s advisable to ask for a return and refund.

When the return procedure puts him on the spot, it will eventually be the seller who gets in touch and offers a replacement. In the latter case, you should not close the procedure until you have received the replacement part.
