I bought an Android tv box wifi internet smart tv hd 1080p 16 gb mxq pro 4k but when it came time to use Netflix, the system says there is no internet connection. That’s not the case, in fact other functions respond correctly; I reported the matter to the seller (whom I had to prompt several times), and after informing eBay, the latter replies "We have reviewed your report and concluded that the listing does not violate our rules. This decision was made by a Customer Service representative".I would like to know how this was evaluated before unsubscribing from eBay, in order to understand the true meaning of -Customer Protection-.I am omitting, out of social courtesy, the seller’s name, but it would deserve to be published.
