WRONG ITEM RECEIVED, BUT eBay GIVES THE SELLER THE RIGHT

ok they closed the dispute on me but opened another one, I take back everything I wrote, I didn't understand that they were opening another one  😀  😀  😀 but can wrong posts be corrected or deleted?  😀
