there still appears to be, despite having already contacted you, an open dispute with a buyer: from him I have not received any sum and I do not intend to give him the item up for sale. He keeps bombarding me with emails and the dispute still appears to be open. I kindly ask you, for the second time, to resolve this problem, thank you!
