Item refunded after a dispute by the buyer, then delivered to the recipient..
Good evening, I find myself in the following situation.
A buyer opened a dispute for the delay in delivery of his package by the courier. Ebay after three days issued a full refund of the amount paid since the package had not been delivered to the recipient but was still at the Post Office awaiting delivery.
It was then delivered to the recipient the following day, but here is where the problem arises.
The recipient received a full refund for the package and was delivered the package, as confirmed by the Poste Italiane website.
How can I, on the other hand, get the balance for my item sent at this point?
I have already contacted the buyer to let him know that I saw that the package was delivered to his address...

Mentore3 years agoIf the appeal produces no effect, communicate (via eBay messages, to the buyer that: Since he has received the refund, the item has returned to the seller's ownership, the seller is available to take it back at his own expense or to accept a new payment; In the absence of a response, the seller will be forced to file a report for misappropriation.
