Hello, after handing over the item in person, I asked the buyer for feedback but they told me they can't leave it!

I noticed that the transaction shows as shipped (maybe I did something wrong?), but I can't figure out where to report that it actually happened with in-person pickup!!

eBay has become complicated... or I’ve become a boomer 😅
