An order was sent back to the sender because the address entered by the seller was incorrect. In the package tracking, the return is shown, but once the package is delivered back to the sender it is generically marked as delivered to the recipient on Ebay, so I cannot request a refund for non-receipt.The seller says he won’t send the package back to me... I’ve lost the money for the package and the shipping... What do I do? How does Ebay protect me since it’s obvious from the tracking that the package returned to the sender ???
