Wrong item and return shipping costs
I opened the package and inside there is a different type of item than the one I ordered, a filter instead of a car key. I started the return for the wrong item and the seller asked me to provide a shipping code, meaning that I have to pay for the shipping myself. The seller is in Germany; he put something else in the package and I’m supposed to pay the shipping costs?

Mentore4 months agoIf you initiated the return with the correct reason: "the item received does not match what was ordered", the return shipping costs will be paid by the seller.
