Item marked as delivered to the pickup point, but not received.
Good morning, I was looking for help on how to resolve a situation.
On February 1st I made a purchase from a user of a comic book volume with shipping to a pickup point. The shipment was entrusted to SDA and on Friday February 3rd, according to the tracking, it showed as delivered, so I went to the selected pickup point, but there I was told that nothing had been delivered in my name. In fact, after checking the tracking on the Poste Italiane website, the parcel showed as delivered but the last location listed was the Bologna postal operations center and not the town where I live. I contacted the seller and he provided me with the waybill, where the address is clearly visible and the pickup point code is also written correctly. He says he can't do anything because for eBay's system too the parcel shows as delivered, even though at the moment I haven't received the notification for pickup because in fact nothing arrived at the fermopoint. I opened a complaint with the post office but for them the parcel is delivered.
Does anyone know how I can proceed? Thanks.

Mentore3 years agoOpen a complaint with the fermopoint. If the post office shows it as delivered and the address is the fermopoint's.......

Mentore3 years agoGo to the pickup point where you should have received the package and file a claim.
